Since it's now legal in 40 states, why aren't more realtors offering a Buyer's Agent Credit of anything over $3,000 or $4,000 when it's so easy to get from so many realtors who are offering it?
It's like a having a bunch of lenders charging and making 6 points on a loan when others are willing to?take a fraction for the?same loan and same service!
Google searching??? Realtor Rebates??? shows a shocking amount of results from realtors offering this savings,
Entering the same at Youtube shows the same
Going to the US Dept of Justice website under AntiTrust and even the Gov. is alerting consumers to this savings.
If these realtors are more experienced and willing to work harder AND offer a credit up to $5,200 on a $300,000 purchase, then why?are so many refusing to offer the same?
Here is an example of what I've seen realtors offer to buyers here below.? Seems like an awesome savings for consumers to me
